Looking for a way for your child to unplug, make memories, and fully enjoy the summer? Then JayDee’s Academy Summer Camp sounds like a fit! Your child will be engaged in experiments, crafts, STEM activities connected to specific themes each week. The campers will also be able to enjoy the arcade, jungle gym, mini-golf, playground, and waterpark while enrolled in our program.

To complete enrollment, the Summer Camp Enrollment Form needs completed and returned. For campers that are enrolling from 2023 do not need an updated health assessment form or immunization records.

It is important to read all of the enrollment packet, understand, and sign all parts of the enrollment forms. We have a strict behavior policy that is in place, so be sure to share this with your child as well.
