This page explains what the JayDee's website at jaydees.com collects and where it goes. It covers this website only.
VIP list sign-ups
When you join our VIP list, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and the page you signed up from. Our website host, Cloudflare, stores the sign-up, and we add you to our mailing list in Brevo, our email service. We use it to send news about events, invitations, and coupons. You can unsubscribe with the link in any of our emails, or ask us to remove you.
Applications, waivers, bookings, and other forms
Some forms and sign-ups on this site are run by outside services. What you enter goes to that service and to us.
- Employment applications, donation requests, Academy tour requests, fitness waivers, and fitness cancellations use Jotform.
- The Academy waitlist uses Brightwheel.
- Party and group bookings use Bookeo.
- Fitness memberships use GymAssistant, and fitness visits are scheduled with Calendly.
- Pickleball payments use Stripe.
We use what you send to answer you, review your application, or provide what you asked for. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
Analytics and other services
We use Fathom Analytics to count visits to our pages. Our pages also load fonts from Google, Google reviews through Trustindex, and scripts from Tally and WonderPush. WonderPush can send browser notifications only if you choose to allow them.
