Terms

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms cover your use of the JayDee's website at jaydees.com.

Hours, prices, and details

We work to keep hours, prices, and program details current, but they can change, including with the weather. Check our Facebook page or call us at (304) 229-4343 before you visit.

Rules, waivers, and agreements

The Fun Park, the Fitness Center, and the Academy each have their own rules, waivers, and agreements. Those apply along with these terms. See our Park Rules and Fitness Rules.

Outside services

Bookings, payments, applications, and some forms are handled by outside services, including Jotform, Bookeo, Stripe, GymAssistant, Brightwheel, and Calendly. Their own terms apply when you use them.
